Recommended dosage:

Adults: Take 10 ML (you can take two) the first time, then 10 ML to three times per day after that. If you are not feeling well, for the first seven days use as needed.

Children: Ages 2 - 4 take 8ML (you can dilute with orange juice, ginger ale or coconut water) take one to two time per day. Ages 5+ take regular 10ML once daily. If child is having cold symptoms, for the first seven days take 3-4 times in the day.
